Please select if you wish to use the Childcare Service offered at BiDS2 '23. The service is available for children form 3 to 12 years old.

After booking, you are required to provide the following information via mail at events.organisation@esa.int:

  • Child’s first and family name:
  • Age of child and birthday
  • Name and contact details (phone number) of parents:
  • Information about special needs - Special needs include, for example, the following:
    • My child needs support with certain activities due to his or her special needs (cognitive, mental or physical):
    • My child is being looked after by a third party for the first time:  Y/N
    • My child does not speak German or English: Y/N
    • My child has to take medication during the childcare: Y/N

Childcare Service Details

Terms & Conditions

 

Through your booking, you agree to the terms and conditions below, including the services provided.

  • You are aware that the childcare service does not provide equipment for nap time. 
  • The service will be provided from Tuesday to Thursday, 08:30 to 18:00.
  • The childcare service will provide lunch for the children.
  • You agree that the nannies can visit the playground with your child. You only book time slots which are really needed (due to high demand on the service).
  • You agree to provide needed information about your child when asked. If you need to cancel, you will inform us via email before the 05.10.2023.
  • In case of illness, you will inform us immediately by email. Other parents might be on the waiting list for affected day. Should the nannies decide that your child is contagious or too ill to attend the childcare, you will accept this decision and promptly collect your child. 
  • You respect the above-mentioned opening hours of the childcare service and ensure that you deliver and collect your child timely.
  • You will inform us by email in case of late arrival. Without notification, your entire booking will be cancelled and assigned to parents on the waiting list.
